The INDC Exhibit Hall is where the conference comes alive. It is intentionally designed to keep attendees returning throughout the day while giving exhibitors high-visibility opportunities, consistent traffic, and time to actually connect. With all food, networking events, and interactive experiences hosted in the exhibit hall, plus a thoughtfully paced schedule, exhibitors get the best of both worlds: strong traffic during peak times and built-in downtime to recharge between rushes.

Innovation Theater
Put your products and expertise in the spotlight with short, high-impact demos on our Innovation Theater stage. These scheduled sessions create a natural draw to the exhibit hall and give you a captive audience eager for practical solutions.

Lunch Crawl with Exhibitor Passport
Be part of one of the biggest traffic drivers of the conference. Lunch is hosted entirely in the exhibit hall, with select exhibitors serving as food stations. Lunch Crawl participants are featured in the Exhibitor Passport program, encouraging attendees to visit participating booths and driving meaningful, face-to-face engagement.

Breakfast and Refreshment Breaks in the Exhibit Hall
All breakfast and refreshment breaks are served in the exhibit hall and scheduled as dedicated, no-competing-CE time blocks. Attendees are intentionally directed to the exhibit hall during these breaks, creating strong, predictable traffic while the overall schedule allows exhibitors downtime between rushes.

Exhibitor Passport Engagement Program
Integrated into the Lunch Crawl, the Exhibitor Passport incentivizes attendees to explore participating booths, increasing booth visibility, repeat visits, and engagement.

Happy Hours in the Exhibit Hall
End-of-day happy hours hosted in the exhibit hall extend exhibit time and create a relaxed, high-energy environment for networking and relationship-building.

Daily Raffles and Giveaways
Raffles and giveaways throughout the conference keep attendees engaged and returning to the exhibit hall multiple times each day.

INDC Event App and Push Notifications
New this year, the INDC event app will send push notifications directly to attendees, promoting exhibit hall demos, Lunch Crawl activity, raffles, happy hours, and time-sensitive events. This real-time promotion helps drive immediate traffic and keeps participating exhibitors top of mind.
