Creating a secure plan for his own family is what originally led Loyd to investigate financial planning as a career. His initial anxiety turned into a passion for helping individuals and families align their wealth to achieve their most important life goals. Loyd was raised in Ephrata, Washington, and spent many hours working in his family’s pizza restaurant while balancing being a three-sport athlete throughout high school. Loyd then completed his degree in Business Finance from Brigham Young University-Idaho and began his work with Financial Freedom for Dentists in June of 2020. He became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM Professional in 2022 and completed his master’s degree in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning in 2024. Loyd is now working as an Associate Financial Advisor. Beyond helping clients, Loyd continues to sharpen his skills, receiving his Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorTM and Accredited Behavioral Finance ProfessionalTMdesignations in 2023. Loyd feels privileged to be surrounded by co-workers who share his passion for helping dentists achieve their goals through comprehensive financial planning. Outside of work, Loyd is an avid sports fan, rooting for the Seattle Seahawks and the Portland Trail Blazers. He also loves spending time with his wife Katie and their three children
